Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Dana Rider as Sales Manager and the hire of Bert Marsh as Construction Manager at the Bowling Green Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, has announced the promotion of Dana Rider to Sales Manager and the hire of Bert Marsh as Construction Manager at the Bowling Green Model Center.
Rider began her career with Wayne Homes at the Bowling Green Model Center in 2015 as a New Home Consultant. Before joining Wayne Homes, Rider was a residential repaint sales representative at Sherwin Williams.
“Since she started, Dana has been consistently exceeding her goals and has been one of our top performers,” Hilary Barbuto, Regional Director of Sales, said. “Her determined, goal driven, and positive attitude will help her in her new role.”
Rider graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in interior design and currently resides in Findlay, Ohio with her husband. She is excited to lead the Bowling Green team and use her skills and previous experience in her new management role.
Marsh comes to Wayne Homes with over seven years of experience in the construction industry and seven years of management experience with Menards.
“Bert’s work ethic and drive for success are just a few key traits that made Bert the right candidate for the Construction Manager position in Bowling Green,” Todd Mower, Regional Director of Construction, said.
Marsh is a graduate of the University of Findlay and currently resides in Fostoria, Ohio.
