Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Keith Anstine as Vice President of Information Technology.

Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has announced the promotion of Keith Anstine as Vice President of Information Technology.

As the Vice President of Information Technology, Anstine will work with the information systems team to evaluate opportunities in the ever-changing information systems/information technology software to provide reliable, secure systems that enhance user experience and support all operations.

“In his most recent role as VP of Systems Integration, Keith did an amazing job leading our effort to implement our database and reporting dashboard,” Wayne Homes President George Murphy said. “He also created countless new reports and tools that our teams rely on every day, and allow us to access critical information at a moment’s notice with much less effort than in the past.”

Anstine began his career with Wayne Homes in 1994 as an accounting associate and was promoted through the department to the controller. Anstine also served as a division president for Delaware, and most recently, he held the position as Vice President of Systems Integration.

“I look forward to getting the opportunity to work more directly with an excellent group of people in the IS department,” Anstine said. “We will continue and improve the internal customer experience with outstanding tools that make their job more enjoyable.  Ultimately, the tools will allow us to build great homes and provide our external customers with a world-class experience.  We are all so fortunate to be in an industry, that we can build and share dream homes for so many families!”

During his time at Wayne Homes, Anstine also initiated the company’s Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) program. Through the RAK program, employees are able to volunteer and give back to the communities where the company resides.

“He not only lends us great ideas, but Keith is personally very active in our community, participating in many Wayne Homes sponsored RAK activities, Make-A-Wish projects, and active in scouting just to name a few,” Murphy said.

Anstine graduated from Walsh University in 1998 with a degree in accounting management. He and his wife, Rebecca, reside in Uniontown, Ohio with their children, Mitchell and Jackson. Anstine is not only an employee of Wayne Homes but also a customer, building his own custom home a few years ago.
