Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has announced an exclusive partnership will Pella Windows and Doors and will be offering Pella windows with all floor plans effective September 2.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has announced their partnership with Pella Windows and Doors and will be offering Pella windows in all of their homes effective September 2.
The Pella Encompass vinyl window will now be included with every floor plan Wayne Homes offers. Previously, Wayne Homes offered Pella windows as an upgrade, but the strong partnership between the two companies led Wayne to choose Pella as their included window offering.
“We have had a very strong partnership with Pella for many years and we’re excited to build on that relationship by using their vinyl windows in all of our homes,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said.
Not only does the strong partnership play a role in the switch, but the reputation of Pella is among the best in the industry.

Wayne Homes is celebrating the exclusive partnership with a “Pellabration” at each of the model centers during the month of September. Each model center will be giving away Pella 250 Series windows to a limited number of clients who sign a purchase agreement during the month of September.
