Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Rhonda Mele as a Regional Director of Sales.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, announced the promotion of Rhonda Mele to Regional Director of Sales on Friday.
Mele began her career with Wayne Homes in 2016 as the Sales Manager at the Pittsburgh Model Center. She worked as a digital sales executive for 2 years before joining the Wayne Homes. Over the past two years, Rhonda has also co-led sales training courses for new hires within the company.
In her new role as a Director of sales, Mele will lead the sales teams at the Akron-Medina, Ashland, Belmont, Pittsburgh, and Portage locations.
“Rhonda has played an instrumental role in training for our sales team, preparing our new team members to reach their full potential, all the while building an incredible team of sales professionals at the Pittsburgh office,” Senior Vice President of Sales Jen Collinsworth said. “Along with her experience as a sales leader, Rhonda’s grit, determination, and focus on continuous improvement utilizing our systems will serve her well in this new role.”
Mele is excited to use her experience to lead the teams to achieve their goals and learning from the other offices.

Mele is a graduate of Valley High School in New Kensington, Pa and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Youngstown State University in 2014. She currently resides in New Kensington, Pa with her husband, Mickey.
