Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has re-designed their multi-level model, the Princeton II Homestead, at their Sunbury, Ohio location.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, celebrated the re-grand opening of the Princeton II model with the Homestead elevation at the company’s Delaware Model Center in Sunbury, Ohio on August 24 and 25.
The Princeton II is a three-bedroom, split-level floorplan with just under 2,000 square feet of living space. The model showcases an open living space featuring an eat-in kitchen, a spacious family room, and an oversized laundry room with plenty of space for folding laundry or crafting.
“We are excited to introduce the Princeton II – it’s the new and improved split-level floorplan,” Maurie Jones, senior vice president of marketing said. “The split-level was the favorite plan when we started back in 1972 and it’s so exciting to see this new model come to life. The value and what you get for your money in this design is phenomenal for today’s families.”
The kitchen highlights popular design trends, including contrasting white and stone gray cabinets, along with a marble-look laminate countertop. Outside, the Homestead elevation shows off board and batten vertical siding and stone accents, giving the home beautiful curb appeal.
The home was decorated by Kelly Cappelletti and Darek Wilson from Kelly’s Suite II in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The home shows current farmhouse trends, including shiplap and whitewashed furniture.
At the event, guests also had the opportunity to win an Ohio State themed basket worth $200, a wine themed basket, courtesy of Home Savings, and a $100 Amazon gift card for participating in the Trivia contest on Facebook. Kelly Jones won the Ohio State basket, James and Theresa Lowery won the Home Savings wine basket, and Betsy Fiedler won the $100 Amazon gift card.
