Wayne Homes has enhanced the two-story Essex floor plan to create the Essex II.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their newest floorplan, the Essex II.
This two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home has 1,778 square feet of living space. The new floor plan is an enhancement of the original Essex floor plan and includes the changes that many of the homeowners have made to the floor plan over the years.
“The Essex floor plan is a great family home, but we’ve noticed over the years that there are some customizations that homeowners routinely change in the Essex, so we applied them to the Essex II,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said.
Now, the kitchen and great room have been flipped, and the home has a laundry room off of the garage. The new plan also features an island that is the centerpiece of the kitchen, a loft for a playroom, a home office, or even a fourth bedroom, and a king-sized master suite with a large walk-in closet.
The new floorplan will also be available in four different exterior styles, including the Classic, Family, Homestead, and Farmhouse elevations.
