Wayne Homes has introduced a Lake Home collection and a new lake house floor plan, the Lynden.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, introduced a new Lake Home collection earlier this month and has released their second floor plan in the collection, the Lynden.
The Lynden is the second of two lake home floor plans that have been unveiled this month, along with two more lake home floor plans that will be introduced in February.
The Lynden is a two-story, three-bedroom home and includes 1,990 square feet of living space. The new floor plan incorporates a narrow and deep floor plan design to fit on narrow lots commonly found in lake communities.
“The Lynden design grew out of custom designs from a few of our previous buyers.” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing said. “They were looking for a two-story home with lots of open space, plenty of windows and a flexible second floor that could accommodate a teen gathering space or extra space for more beds when the whole extended family came to the lake. We loved the ideas so much we created the Lynden!”
Inside, the two-story great room features stacked windows, which can be situated to overlook the lake or water feature on your chosen lot. The spacious kitchen includes a large island for entertaining and serving meals, and a corner pantry with plenty of storage.
Another feature homeowners will love is the first-floor owner suite with a walk-in closet, providing privacy from the secondary bedrooms upstairs.
The new floor plan will be available in the Classic, Craftsman, and Waterfront exterior elevations.
