Wayne Homes has introduced a Lake Home collection and a new lake house floor plan, the Adley.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has introduced a new Lake Home collection and has released their first floor plan designed for the lake, the Adley.
The Adley is the first of two lake home floor plans that will be unveiled this month, along with two more lake home floor plans being introduced in February. The Lake Home collection will also feature a new Waterfront elevation with charming cottage features.
The Adley, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home includes 1,670 square feet of living space and incorporates a narrow and deep floor plan design to fit on narrow lots commonly found in lake communities.
“We’ve actually been building lake homes for years, but the Adley is Wayne Homes’ first in a series of plans purposefully designed for lake life,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “We’re very excited to take the best designs and ideas from previous waterfront homes and put them all together in our new series of homes.”
Inside, the kitchen is open to both the great room and the dining room and features a large island with a wrap-around eat ledge for entertaining.
The great room and owner suite are located toward the rear of the home, which can be situated to overlook the lake or water feature in your chosen lot. The spacious owner suite has a walk-in closet and bath that can be converted into a luxury bathroom.
The new floor plan will also be available in the Classic and Craftsman elevations in addition to the new Waterfront elevation.
