Wayne Homes Introduces New Ranch Floor Plan, the Stanton

June 18, 2020

Wayne Homes has introduced a new ranch floor plan, the Stanton, with more than 2,600 square feet.

Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their newest floorplan, the Stanton.

The Stanton, a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, is now Wayne Homes’ largest single-story floor plan with 2,689 square feet of living space.

The new floor plan began as an evolution of the Winchester floor plan, turning it into a ranch-style home. While the Winchester has all three of its secondary bedrooms on the upper floor, the Stanton brings all of the bedrooms to the main floor.

“The great kitchen with two oversized islands is the highlight of this home,” Senior Vice President of Marketing, Maurie Jones, said. “This ranch is a perfect home for entertaining or for a large, growing family. Designed with the main floor of the Winchester in mind, this large ranch is a great addition to our offering.”

The Stanton features an open and spacious kitchen with two islands, his and hers closets in the master suite, and secondary bedrooms separate from the master suite for additional privacy. The den also provides the perfect space for a home office or formal dining room.

The new floorplan will also be available in four different exterior styles, including the Classic, Tradition, Craftsman, and Farmhouse elevations.
