Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has introduced their newest ranch floorplan, the Sutherland.
The Sutherland has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and over 2,000 square feet of living space. It will be available in four different exterior styles, including the Farmhouse, Craftsman, Tradition, and Classic elevations.
The most notable feature of this floorplan is the location of the kitchen at the front of the home. The Sutherland also includes separated master and secondary bedrooms, giving the master additional privacy, a spacious great room and dining area, and an office nook for doing homework or paying bills.
