Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has released their newest two-story floor plan, the McDowell, as well as a new contemporary elevation design.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has introduced their newest floor plan, the McDowell.
The McDowell is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home with just under 2,500 square feet of living space. It will be available in four different exterior styles, including the Classic, Tradition, Craftsman, Farmhouse elevations, as well as the new Contemporary elevation.
The McDowell includes a first-floor master suite, giving the master suite additional privacy from the secondary bedrooms, a spacious two-story great room, walk-in closets in each bedroom, and an office nook.
“The McDowell floor plan is a great design for today’s family,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “With four bedrooms and a wide-open living area, including a two-story great room, the space is flexible enough to entertain family and friends or have a quiet evening at home with the kids doing homework at the kitchen island or the office nook.”
The McDowell is also the first floor plan to feature the Contemporary elevation.
The Contemporary elevation features clean lines with large, tall windows, a low pitched hip roof, brick wainscot, and new front and garage door styles.
“For the inspiration for the Contemporary Elevation, I wanted to create an exterior elevation that was different from anything we have done before,” Product Designer Kaitlin Haugh said. “This elevation allows for a clean, simple look, but offers a lot of visual interest.”
