The Shiloh is here, and our newest floor plan does not disappoint. A two-story home with lots of room to spare, the Shiloh was customized from our ever-popular Columbia floor plan. You asked, we listened! Let’s see what the Shiloh has to offer.

The Shiloh is one of only a few floor plans that offer the Contemporary exterior.
This exterior gives you the modern look you love, combining elements of mid-century design with today’s sleek look.
The Shiloh is a floor plan that was born out of recognizing a need.
We wanted to provide a customized floor plan for everyone to enjoy with some of the top requested features available.
The Columbia is one of our most popular floor plans because of the kitchen located toward the front of the home that opens to the living and dining rooms.
We received so many requests for this type of layout in a slightly larger plan that had some other “must-have” features that we went ahead and created one for our valued homeowners.
A few of the notable features in this home include:
- The convenience of having all bedrooms on the second floor
- All bedrooms having walk-in closets
- Our popular 2-story ceilings in both the great room and the dining room, which makes the Shiloh– already very spacious at almost 3,000 square feet–feel extremely large and airy
The staircase is centrally located with access from the kitchen and waterfall-style stairs at the first floor. Another popular feature is the large walk-in pantry with two doors, allowing easy access from the kitchen and foyer/owner’s entry. This is perfect for bringing in groceries from the car.
The Shiloh brings style and function together in a large home that’s full of modern conveniences.
More examples of this are the two walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and the main bathroom’s extra large size with a 60″ vanity and spacious linen closest for storage.
Convenience is important, and so is flexibility.
The flex room in the Shiloh can be used as an office or secondary owner’s suite on the main floor. The Shiloh gives you options to grow with it, which makes this floor plan one that can truly be your forever home.
