The wall cabinets were changed to 36″ tall and crown molding was added to the top of the wall cabinets. One of the wall cabinets was replaced with two floating shelves. On the kitchen wall behind the floating shelves, a 1’x2′ wall detail with pine board behind was added for extra style points. The kitchen faucet was changed to a Montay style in brushed gold. The kitchen sink changed to the drop-in Blanco Diamond Silgranit Sink in white. The cabinet hardware changed to the brushed gold option. This Somerset is a great example of how you can use cabinets from our Included Features, like these Sinclair cabinets, then add some customizations to really make it yours.
Other customizations in the Virtual Tour include the front door and sidelites that were changed to options with full glass, which really boost that light and airy feel. The flooring in the great room was changed from the included carpet to luxury vinyl to create a cohesive look. A wood beam was added between the great room and dining room. And, the interior door hardware throughout the home was changed to a modern matte black finish.
