Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has introduced their newest two-story floorplan, the Plymouth.
The Plymouth, which will be part of the Lifestyle Collection, has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and over 2,250 square feet of living space. It will be available in four different exterior styles, including the Farmhouse, Craftsman, Tradition, and Classic elevations.
The most notable feature of this floorplan is the welcoming front porch, which is available for all four exterior elevations. Inside, the Plymouth includes a two-story great room with vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen with a six-foot island, loft overlooking the great room, and a flex space for a home office or hobby room.
