Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released a new exterior style called Smart Style for their most popular floor plans, the Montgomery, Charleston, Providence II, Camden, and Cedar Hill.
The new Smart Style exterior designs feature a combination of horizontal and vertical siding, enhanced gable treatments, designer inspired two tone siding with wide trim at gables and windows, choice of garage door and front door styles.
“As building prices continue to rise we have found more and more families are feeling that building a new home is out of their reach,” Maurie Jones, senior vice president of marketing, said. “These affordable designed exteriors on our most popular plans make that dream a reality again.”
As the top floor plans of 2020, the Montgomery, Charleston, and Providence II were selected to be included in the new exterior release. The Camden and Cedar Hill floor plans are also customer favorites.
The Smart Style exteriors will also be offered for more floor plans coming later this spring. Wayne still offers the ever popular Craftsman, Farmhouse and Classic elevations on all their floor plans.
