Wayne Homes has introduced a fourth floor plan in the new Lake Collection, the Whitmore.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, introduced a new Lake Collection in January, and has released the fourth floor plan in the winter release, the Whitmore.
The Whitmore is a two-story, three-bedroom cape–style home and includes over 1,800 square feet of living space. This home has a similar footprint to the Somerville and Somerville II floor plans but with a narrow and deep design to fit on narrow lots commonly found in lake communities.
With a similar exterior footprint to our Somerville and Somerville II homes, the Whitmore gives the owner suite its own bathroom on the first floor and a similar but larger layout on the second floor. The owner suite also has a large walk-in closet for storage.
The great room is located at the rear of the floor plan to overlook a lake view. The kitchen island is centered between the great room and the dining area, creating an open concept living area.
Unlike the Somerville and Somerville II floor plans, the Whitmore features a powder room off of the foyer for guests.
The new floor plan will be available in the Classic, Craftsman, and Waterfront exterior elevations.
