For more than 25 years, NorthCoast 99 has recognized organizations that demonstrate a commitment to creating workplaces where top talent can thrive. The annual program evaluates participating organizations through employee surveys and an application that collects information about organizational HR practices, culminating in the recognition of 99 top-performing companies across Northeast Ohio.
