Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Tracy Gershom to Chief Operating Officer.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has announced the promotion of Tracy Gershom to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Gershom began her career with Wayne Homes began in 1989 as the sales manager for the Akron-Medina Model Center in Norton, Ohio. In 1997, she was promoted to Newark, Ohio Division President and was responsible for all aspects of the division’s performance, including sales and construction, customer experience, and every aspect of the day-to-day operations.
In 2008, when Wayne Homes became a private company, Gershom was promoted to Vice President of Sales then Senior Vice President of Sales. In 2018, She assumed responsibility for the company’s Sales and Construction operations as Executive Vice President of Sales and Construction.

Gershom is a graduate of Findlay High School and received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Ohio State University. She currently resides in Wadsworth, Ohio with her husband, Mike.
