Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Chad Schandel as the construction manager at the Portage Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, has announced the promotion of Chad Schandel to construction manager at the Portage Model Center in Ravenna, Ohio.
Schandel began his career with Wayne Homes in 2015 as a field manager at the Portage Model Center. Before joining Wayne Homes, Schandel worked as a trade partner for Wayne Homes for over 14 years.
“Chad’s passion and heart for our company and customers are what made me know that he was the right choice for the job,” Scott Warner, Regional Director of Construction, said. “Chad always has the ‘can do’ attitude and finds the positive in any situation.”
Schandel is looking forward to advancing his career and leading the construction team at the Portage office.

Schandel is a graduate of United High School in Hanover Township, Ohio and currently resides in Malvern, Ohio with his wife and two children.
