Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Dave Richmond as the Construction Manager at the Hartland Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, has announced the promotion of Dave Richmond as Construction Manager at the Hartland Model Center in Hartland, Michigan.
In his new role as Construction Manager, Richmond will maintain relationships with homeowners and trade partners, as well as recruit, hire, and train field managers. He will also lead the production team responsible for building homes Southeastern Michigan.
Richmond has been a field manager at the Bowling Green Model Center since 2019 and came to Wayne Homes with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
“I’m looking forward to being able to grow the Wayne Homes culture at our Hartland office and train our field managers to provide outstanding experiences to our trade partners and customers,” Richmond said.
Richmond is a graduate of North Baltimore High School in North Baltimore, Ohio, and completed the Construction Masonry program at Penta Career Center in Perrysburg, Ohio. He currently resides in North Baltimore, Ohio with his fiancée, Jessi, and his daughter.
