Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Lee Roberts as the Construction Manager at the Newark Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, has announced the promotion of Lee Roberts as Construction Manager at the Newark Model Center in Hebron, Ohio.
In his new role as Construction Manager, Roberts will maintain relationships with homeowners and trade partners, as well as recruit, hire, and train field managers. He will also lead the production team responsible for building homes in East-Central Ohio.
Roberts started his career with Wayne Homes as a Warranty Manager, and later transitioned into a Field Manager role. In 2019, he was awarded Field Manager Rookie of the Year and in 2020 was awarded Field Manager of the Year.
“I’m looking forward to working and training with our Field Managers to provide outstanding experiences to our trade partners and customers,” Roberts said.
Roberts is a graduate of Roade Sports College in Northampton, United Kingdom, and currently resides in Wooster, Ohio with his wife, Jen, and their son.
