Wayne Homes has announced Todd Orr and Tim Jolley as Regional Construction and Safety Training Managers.

Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom homebuilder, has announced the promotions of Todd Orr and Tim Jolley to Regional Construction and Safety Training Managers.

In their new roles as Regional Construction and Safety Training Managers, Orr and Jolley are responsible for leading safety training for all employees, conducting field training with new employees, and ensuring homes are built safely.

Orr began his career with Wayne Homes in July of 2001 as a field manager with the Portage Model Center in Ravenna, Ohio and has been working in the construction industry for nearly 30 years.

“Todd has consistently year after year performed to meet or exceed our company goals as a field manager and has contributed to the training and development of others over the years both professionally and personally,” Steve Wessel, Senior Vice President of Construction, said. “He will be a perfect fit in his new role as he continues to train new employees and enforce safety.”

Orr attended Stark State University for civil engineering and currently resides in Akron, Ohio with his wife, Sherry. He is excited to work closely with the field team and use his skills and previous experience in his new role.

“The one thing I look forward to most in this new role is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others on a daily basis,” Orr said. “We are all influencers in some capacity and this role gives me the chance to teach others what I have learned over the years.”

Jolley recently celebrated his 15-year anniversary with Wayne Homes. He began his career with Wayne Homes in 2004 as a Field Manager with the Ashland Model Center.

“Tim has been an integral part of his teammates’ growth and has often been the open ear for newer team members at Ashland,” Wessel said.

Jolley is looking forward to advancing his career and working with members of the construction team to enhance scheduling and communication to raise enthusiasm among homeowners and trade partners.

“I am really looking forward to reaching out to all my teammates and helping them in any way possible,” Jolley said.

Jolley is a graduate of Hocking Hills Technical College and prior to joining Wayne Homes, Jolley worked for a prescription product company for 17 years. He currently resides in Millersburg, Ohio with his wife Tammy.
