Wayne Homes has enhanced the Bradford floor plan to create the Bradford II.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has announced the release of their newest floorplan, the Bradford II.
The Bradford II is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with just under 1,500 square feet of living space. The new single-story floor plan is an enhancement of the original Bradford floor plan and includes more functional features, such as an open living space and a centralized kitchen, as well as the laundry room being more accessible to the master suite.
The new floorplan will also be available in four different exterior styles, including the Classic, Tradition, Craftsman, and Farmhouse elevations.
Traditionally, when a newer version of a floor plan is released, Wayne Homes discontinues the original floorplan. However, both the Bradford and Bradford II will be a part of the company’s large floor plan selection.
