Wayne Homes has introduced a new three-bedroom ranch floor plan, the Concord.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their newest floorplan, the Concord.
This home takes the best parts of the Montgomery ranch floor plan and combines it with the most-requested customizations homeowners make into the standard layout. You get the best of both worlds!

This ranch home plan takes Wayne Homes’ all-time, best-selling Montgomery floor plan and makes it even better. You get all of the well-loved features of the Montgomery as well as many of the changes often made to that floor plan. These include a large kitchen with a corner pantry and an island that is open to the dining and great rooms. The Concord also has a convenient powder room for guests and a larger laundry room to stash unsightly piles of clothes or cleaning supplies.
Customization options in the Concord include an optional secondary owner suite, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a luxury bathroom in the primary owner suite.
The Montgomery has been a top-selling floor plan ever since it was introduced. Over the years, we’ve collected lots of great design ideas for what you can do to customize the plan. We took some of those most popular ideas and made them part of the new Concord.
