Wayne Homes has introduced a new three-bedroom ranch floor plan, the Fairfield.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their newest floorplan, the Fairfield.
This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home has 1,863 square feet of living space. The new floor plan began as an evolution of the Brentwood floor plan, turning it into a ranch-style home.
While the Brentwood has all of its secondary bedrooms on the upper floor, the Fairfield brings all of the bedrooms to the main floor.

The Fairfield features a spacious great room and secondary bedrooms separate from the owner suite for additional privacy. Other notable features include a den at the front entry, a kitchen island, a large walk-in closet in the owner suite, and the option for a luxury owner suite bath.
The new floorplan will also be available in five different exterior styles, including the Classic, Tradition, Craftsman, Farmhouse, and Smart Style.
