Wayne Homes has introduced a new four-bedroom ranch floor plan, the Oxford.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their newest floorplan, The Wayne Homes Oxford.
The Oxford floor plan takes a modest footprint and brings it to a whole new level. Checking off so many of your “must-haves,” the Oxford will have you ready to build your own.

One of the most sought-after features in the Oxford is the split bedroom layout where the owner suite is separated from the secondary bedrooms for additional privacy. Other top-requested features in the Oxford include a large walk-in pantry, spacious laundry room with linen closet, and a centralized open concept kitchen, dining, and great room.

A Wayne Homes virtual tour helps you visualize the possibilities in the floor plan. As you move through the Oxford in the virtual tour, you’ll notice some great customizations have been made to the home.
The included carpet was changed to luxury vinyl in the great room and the hallways to secondary bedrooms. Caiman style interior doors were selected, which are one of our included interior door styles. Interior door hardware was changed to the Katella style in Matte Black for a stunning contrast.
A Z-bar style barn door was added between the owner’s entry and the great room. The door was painted Sherwin Williams Dark Night (SW 6237) for even more visual interest. The garage/house door style was changed to match the style of the interior doors. The front door was changed to an option with glass and grids.
To enhance the open floor plan, a Cathedral ceiling was added over the kitchen, great room, foyer, and dining room. Custom pendant lights in the kitchen were added above the island and sink to boost the home’s style. The kitchen also features Ellis Purestyle cabinets in Admiral Blue. Crown molding was added to the top of the wall cabinets. The cabinet hardware and faucet were changed to brushed gold. The sink was changed to Blanco Diamond Silgranit Sink in White.
The owner and main bathrooms were customized with bath accessories from the Genta Collection in a Matte Black finish, faucets changed to Pfister Modern style in Matte Black finish, and cabinet hardware also changed to a Matte Black finish.
You’ll notice an additional paint color – Sherwin Williams Young at Heart (SW 7109) – was used in the girl’s bedroom. Custom light fixtures can be seen in the dining room, owner bedroom, owner bathroom, and the main bathroom. A ceiling fan was added to the great room.
