Wayne Homes Releases Three Additional Farmhouse Elevations

January 8, 2020

Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has released a new set of Farmhouse elevations for the Alexandria, Charleston, and Jamestown floor plans.

Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their newest Farmhouse elevations for the Alexandria, Charleston, and Jamestown floor plans.

As three of the company’s top floorplans in 2019, the Alexandria, Charleston, and Jamestown are included in this elevation release.

The new Farmhouse elevations for these homes highlight vertical board and batten siding with over 26 colors to choose from and black Pella windows with farmhouse style grids. Each elevation also features a large front porch with composite woodgrain wrapped columns and brackets and a farmhouse style front door with matching sidelites. Farmhouse exterior lights add a finishing touch to the elevations.

“The Farmhouse trend is continuing in 2020,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “Our prospects are loving the farmhouse and cottage style. The great thing about it is the affordability. Just a few design additions here and there and you have all the exterior style you love.”

Last month, Wayne Homes released the Chelsea, Cumberland, and Providence II farmhouse elevations. The recent releases are a part of the large collection of farmhouse elevations, which are now available for over 20 floor plans.
