Wayne Homes has enhanced two of their floor plans to create the Hampton II and Bristol II.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released two newly refreshed floor plans today, the Hampton II and the Bristol II.
The Hampton II is a two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home with just over 2,000 square feet of living space, while the Bristol II is a ranch floorplan with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,347 square feet.
The new floor plan is an enhancement of the original Hampton and Bristol floor plans and includes the changes that many of the homeowners have made to the floor plan over the years.
“We always listen to our homeowners and take note of the customizations they make to see if there’s a trend forming,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “Over time, we’ve noticed there are customizations that are consistently made in the Bristol and the Hampton so we’ve refreshed the floor plans to reflect some of our most-requested customizations.”
The Hampton II’s new design has moved the dining room and kitchen to the space where the great room formerly was, creating a better flow from room to room. The kitchen features a large island and huge walk-in pantry, and an even larger laundry room and powder room have been added right off the owner’s entry for convenience.
With the new Bristol II design, the kitchen and great room have moved to the rear of the home and the kitchen now features an island with an eat ledge and a walk-in pantry. The master suite has been relocated to the front of the home and the secondary bedrooms to the rear, providing separation and privacy.
Both the Hampton II and the Bristol II are available in four exterior elevations, including the Classic, Craftsman, Farmhouse, and Tradition elevations.
