Wayne Homes has released two new elevations, the Hampton Farmhouse II and Princeton II Homestead.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has released their new floor plan elevations, the Hampton Farmhouse II and Princeton II Homestead.
The new designs give the current floor plans an updated, fresh look and highlight exterior features, such as vertical board and batten siding, stone accents, and beautiful, large windows at the front.

The Hampton, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home, is available in four different exterior styles, including the new Farmhouse II elevation. The new Farmhouse II elevation will be shown on the new Hampton model at the Bowling Green Model Center opening in August.
The Princeton II, a three-bedroom, two-bath, split-level home, is available in five different exterior styles, including the new Homestead elevation. The new Homestead elevation will be featured on the refreshed Princeton II model at the Delaware Model Center opening later this summer.
