1, 2026 – Wayne Homes is pleased to announce the promotion of Rhonda Mele to Vice President of Sales.
Rhonda joined Wayne Homes ten years ago today as Sales Manager for the Pittsburgh team. Over the past decade, she has consistently demonstrated dedication, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to the company’s values. Her experience includes serving as Regional Director of Sales and, most recently, Director of Sales, where she has worked with managers and directors to guide the entire sales team.
Senior Vice President of Sales Jen Collinsworth highlighted the impact of Rhonda’s career, stating:
“Rhonda’s journey is one of loyalty, family, perseverance, growth, and grit. She has continued to raise her hand, accept greater responsibility, challenge herself, develop others, and prove time and again that leadership isn’t simply about a title — it’s about how you show up when people are counting on you.”
Rhonda is known for her collaborative approach, strong work ethic, and loyalty to both her team and Wayne Homes. Outside of work, she and her husband Micky are raising two sons in their custom Annapolis home, which they built with Wayne Homes.
