Introducing new exteriors in the Virtual Design Center
This time of year in particular, life has a tendency to really fly by, doesn’t it? The kids head back to school, then pretty soon it’s Thanksgiving, then the snow starts falling and before you know it, it’s a new year!
We get that making the time to see one of our model homes might not be feasible for the busy families we work with. That’s why we offer our new Virtual Design Center. This easy to use design platform is the next best thing to being in-person.
Last month we shared with you some new kitchen plans now available in our VDC. This month, we’re excited to share some new exteriors for you to experiment with!
To do this, we chose the most favorite elevations, or exterior styles, according to our customers. That way, you – the potential homebuyer – has the opportunity to see an exterior that is closest to what you have in mind, and to use it as a template for your home designing needs. For example, if you’re thinking of a Winchester Craftsman home, you can select the new Kinston Homestead as an exterior, as it’s quite similar, and then customize it to get a great feel for what your home will look like.
Our updated Virtual Design Center now features the following elevations:
In addition to these new elevations, the virtual design center lets you think through one of the most important parts of your home: the kitchen. This family center is often the most critical space in your home, so it can be invaluable to virtually “walk through” the look and design of your future home’s kitchen.
