We recently found out when Wayne Homes was named one of The Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces!

The Plain Dealer’s list of Top Workplaces includes 100 companies located throughout Northeast Ohio. The list is based on the responses of more than 50,000 surveys that were sent to employees at 253 companies. Results were based on how strongly employees agreed with statement such as:

I feel genuinely appreciated at this company.
I have confidence in the leader of this company.
My pay is fair for the work that I do.
My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful.

To be eligible, companies had to have at least 35% of their employees submit a response. Of the 78,094 employees in Northeast Ohio who received surveys, 50,891 responded. Wayne Homes ranked #12 for companies with 50-149 employees in Northeast Ohio. (See the complete list.)
