We offer trusted brands that have that perfect combination of value and quality while keeping design in mind.
The Richmond II and Hampton floor plans are two great examples of homes that are budget-friendly and look great with our more affordable customizations.
Here’s a breakdown of these features:
Luxe Laminate
Both of these homes feature Wilsonart laminate countertops. They have the look of marble or granite…without the hefty price tag.
Spacious Showers
The Richmond II features a large, 60″ Sterling Ensemble shower, which is more affordable than a tile shower.
Quality Cabinets Included
Although not shown in these homes, Aristokraft Oakland oak and Sinclair birch stained cabinets are offered in our Included Features, and they are beautiful quality-made cabinets.
Included Paint Colors
Just like these cabinets, we have a list of included paint colors you can choose from to keep your costs down. Ranging from grays to popular beige colors, you can visit us to see the list of paint colors and choose the right ones for your home.
Durable Flooring
The Richmond model shows level 2 laminate vinyl flooring in the foyer, kitchen, and dinette, which is the most affordable laminate flooring we have. Durable and fashionable, laminate flooring is a great choice for high-traffic areas.
