Wayne Homes is excited to introduce our newest floor plan–the Cambridge! This beautiful floor plan is very similar to our Savannah floor plan, except there is a main-floor owner suite and a two-story great room. These two design features are very popular customizations, and now you can get them as part of the Cambridge floor plan.

The first floor of the Cambridge has it all–spacious kitchen, half bath, great room, laundry room, and a large owner suite.

The impressive two-story great room is located in the front of the home, bringing in lots of natural light. The open concept kitchen with an island flows into the dining area but does have some separation from the great room, keeping lines of communication open without giving all the chef’s secrets away.

The laundry room is located off of the owner’s entry, and the owner’s entry closet can easily be converted to an entry bench if you desire. The owner suite features a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. The first-floor owner suite is a great choice for families with older children that want separation from their parents, and it is always a wise choice for accessibility as homeowners age in place.

The second floor has a loft area that opens to the two-story great room.

This space can be a rec room, study area, or home office. It can also be easily converted into a 4th bedroom. The second floor features the secondary bedrooms, as well as the main bathroom, delivering privacy and comfort for children and guests alike.
