Meet the Delaware Team
The Wayne Homes team is made up of a veritable family of home building professionals. It takes a village to build homes as often and in as many places as we do! We love getting to know each and every one of the families we work with, so we thought you might like to get to know our family a little bit better! This week we’re profiling the friendly faces behind our Delaware office. Read on to learn more about the talented professionals that make this office tick.
Greg Holbrook – Sales Manager
Greg has more than a decade of experience with Wayne Homes — wow! His biggest passion? Helping customers build a home that they can make memories in. He sees every Wayne customer as much more than a customer: “they’re part of the family.” When he’s not at our Delaware office, Greg loves to spend time with his seven children, attending concerts, and exploring the local music scene.
Julie Baumker – New Home Consultant
Julie has been with Wayne for nearly 6 years and brings a creative spirit to the work she does. She loves the creative process of customizing each home’s look and feel to our customers. She’s a mom of four, so when she’s not helping our Wayne Homes customers craft the home of their dreams, she’s spending time with her kids, golfing, boating, or working out. “Seeing people’s faces, knowing I had a hand in designing a home where they will have years of memories, is awesome,” she said.
Angie McKinney – New Home Consultant
Angie’s claim to fame? She won Rookie of the Year for the Central Ohio BIA MAME Awards for 2016! We love having Angie as part of our team because she brings an enthusiastic team spirit to everything she does. She also has a degree in interior design, which serves her well in helping families create a beautifully designed home. Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and two children, exploring local parks, or catching up on a good book.
Julie Hurtt – New Home Consultant
Julie shares Angie’s claim to fame, having been named Rookie of the Year for the Central Ohio BIA MAME Awards for 2017! Over her several years’ experience with Wayne, she’s honed her talents in interior design and has also expanded on her existing knowledge of mortgage loans and home sales. She loves building long-lasting relationships with Wayne Homes customers, and finds the whole process of helping her customers, from start to finish, super rewarding! At home, Julie spends time with her three children, and their pup Roxie.
Andrew Hughes – New Home Consultant
Andrew may be the newest member of the Delaware team, but he’s already bringing a ton of experience and value, having a degree in interior design and a keen eye for detail. He said he loves creating a fun, energetic, and engaging experience for his customers; when he’s not doing that, he loves exploring the local food scene, gardening, and travels often.
