Open houses are a one-of-a-kind type of event, and we love to host them: there’s nothing quite like seeing a family walk into an open house event and begin to visualize their own future home, thanks to the inspiration right in front of them!
Our Franklin model is our newest model, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across nearly 1,900 square feet in a comfortable, sensible ranch style layout. Up until now, you could only view it through our website and on blueprints, but today, we’re thrilled to announce the model’s Grand Opening on February 24 and 25 featuring the only Franklin model home in the country.
Join us at our Pittsburgh Model Center at 7116 State Route 22 in Greensburg, PA to take a tour of this stunning ranch model, and get the first look — first hand — of what this beautiful home has to offer. It’s been beautifully decorated by Kelly Cappelletti and Darek Wilson from Kelly’s Suite II in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, and frankly their style is impeccable!
This home may come in at sub-2,000 square feet, but that doesn’t mean much when you’ve got 9-foot ceilings throughout the space to add a lofty, airy feel. Our Franklin model also features stunning cathedral ceilings in the kitchen and great room, adding a stately and spacious feel to the entire home.
You’ll love the stylish shiplap in the great room and laundry room, and might find some inspiration for your own home when you see the shining quartz countertops and deep, generous farmhouse sink in the open concept kitchen.
