Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We chose Wayne Homes for multiple reasons. The price per square foot was great, the ability to change the floor plans, and all of the interactions with the New Home Consultant were all handled extremely well. We were sold!

What’s your favorite feature or room?

We bumped out the garage and added a den area that we enjoy every morning with coffee.

What would you tell a friend about Wayne Homes?

I have done the research and met with the most reputable home builders in Western Pennsylvania, and I am positive we made the right decision to build with Wayne Homes.

What would you add to your home if money were no object?

We would love to add a fireplace for cozy evenings.
