Featured Raving Fan of the Month - August

This month we are going to feature the Draganic family from Wakeman, OH. John and Jessica Draganic built their custom Westport with farmhouse accents in 2019 with the Wayne Homes Sandusky office. They worked with New Home Consultant Melanie Ritz and Field Manager Kyle Phillips.

You may remember John and Jessica from when we featured their Instagram account in our Featured Instagram Testimonial last November. Their documentation of the homebuilding process and farmhouse style was an inspiration to us all!

Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We chose to work with Wayne Homes because they were so easy to work with when we went to customize our home. We were able to work with our New Home Consultant, Melanie, and Sales Manager, Jennifer, to get the plans that were perfect for our family– all while staying within our budget.

What’s your favorite feature or room?

Our favorite feature of our home is the open floor plan.

What would you tell a friend about Wayne Homes?

We love that Wayne Homes customizes every home, every floor plan to meet the needs of that family!

Who at Wayne Homes makes a difference?

Melanie and Jennifer from the Sandusky branch sold us on Wayne Homes and Kyle our Field Manager executed–they all exceeded our expectations!

What was the best part of building your Wayne home?

The best part was that we felt like we were an active part of the process and there was always great communication between us and our Field Manager. We liked that we were able to do small projects on our own to save some money and make it feel like ours.

How would you describe your style? Warm and traditional? Cool and contemporary? Funky and eclectic? Rustic Farmhouse? Craftsman Lodge? Something else?

Our style is definitely modern farmhouse.

What would you add to your home if money were no object?

We would have added four feet to the great room, and finished the basement during the build if money was no object.
