Featured Raving Fans: Meet the Abbotts

This month we will be featuring Dave and Bonnie Abbott, who built a Montgomery Legacy with our Delaware office in 2019.

Dave and Bonnie are what we call “Raving Fans.” Essentially, they’re customers who became clients, who became homeowners, who have become part of the Wayne Homes family. Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We really liked the floor plans they offered, specifically the Montgomery.

What’s your favorite feature or room?

We love our four seasons room.

What would you tell a friend about Wayne Homes?

We would tell them that Wayne Homes is easy to work with. They have good communication, and we had a good experience with everyone we worked with.

Who at Wayne Homes makes a difference?

We worked with Jon Smith, Emily Hayden, and Kathy Webb, and they were all great.

What was the best part of building your Wayne home?

The best part was the personal care we received. They made us feel like we could make changes easily, and they worked with us every step of the way.

How would you describe your style? Warm and traditional? Cool and contemporary? Funky and eclectic? Rustic Farmhouse? Craftsman Lodge? Something else?

Our style is warm and modern with a small touch of traditional.

What would you add to your home if money were no object?

We would like to finish the rest of the basement and add cupboards over the toilet in the owner suite.
