Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, will host a Grand Opening June 28-29, 2014 of its new Craftsman-style Covington Model at its Belmont Model Center. The 2,841 square foot plan features a spacious gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry, a two-story great room and a bonus room above a three-car garage. The model home showcases 3,325 square feet of beautiful customization. According to Wayne Homes President George Murphy, the Covington was designed to inspire homebuyers to envision the features that would suit their family.

The Grand Opening will be held at the company’s Belmont Model Center at 66962 Belmont Morristown Rd., Belmont, OH. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Visitors can tour the model home, then explore options in the complete Design Center, located in the walk-out basement.
