Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has opened their newest model featuring the Brentwood Farmhouse at their Hebron, Ohio location.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom homebuilder, celebrated the grand opening of the Brentwood Farmhouse model with an in-law suite at the company’s Newark Model Center in Hebron, Ohio on August 4 and 5.
The Brentwood is a four-bedroom, two-story floorplan with a first-floor master suite and is Wayne Homes’ first model featuring an in-law suite. At just over 2,770 square feet, the model shows an open living space with a cathedral ceiling in the great room, an eat-in kitchen, a spacious, first-floor master suite, a large owner’s entry and laundry room, and a cozy den.
The 400 square feet in-law suite creates a private space for the added family and includes a small kitchen, full bath, and large bedroom.
“Over the years there has been an increasing demand for in-law suites,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “Multi-generational homes bring the whole family together and allow just the right amount of togetherness. The Brentwood model is the perfect example to show how everyone has their own space under one roof.”
The kitchen highlights popular design trends, including Aristokraft Durham purestyle glacier gray cabinets, along with granite countertops and a brickset tile backsplash. The home also shows popular luxury vinyl flooring throughout the main living area and shiplap has been added to the great room ceiling and den wall.
The home was decorated by designers from Mandil, Inc. in Denver, Colorado to feature current popular design styles that are on trend for today’s new home buyer.
At the event, guests also had the opportunity to win an Ohio State themed gift basket worth $225 and a wine and cheese themed basket, courtesy of Home Savings. Megan Ruyf won the Ohio State basket, and Talor Woodard won the Home Savings wine basket.
