Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Justin Field as Construction Manager at the Hartland Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has announced the promotion of Justin Field as Construction Manager at the company’s new Hartland, Michigan location.
As the Construction Manager, Field will maintain relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners, as well as recruit, hire and train production staff at the new model center. He will also lead the production team responsible for building homes throughout the large building area, which includes Southeast and Central Michigan.
Field is a licensed builder and began his career with Wayne Homes last fall as Field Manager for the Hartland office. Before he joined the Wayne Homes team, Field was involved in construction as a remodeler, running his own business for several years. He also owned an insurance business. Additionally, he has worked for AT&T as an installer and troubleshooter.
“Justin’s attitude and desire to learn and improve are impressive,” Vice President of Business Development Mike Leckie-Ewing said. “Additionally, his experience in remodeling taught him how to troubleshoot several construction issues. This wide variety of experiences in construction, service, and management will serve him well in his new role.”

Field currently resides in Hartland, Michigan with his wife, Heather, and their children, Eric, Emmett, Nolan, and Ella.
