Ohio-based homebuilder Wayne Homes has reopened the production office in Hebron, Ohio and announced the promotion of Tina Drumm as Construction Manager.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom homebuilder, has announced the re-opening of their Newark Model Center’s production office and the promotion of Tina Drumm as the Construction Manager.
The need for a new production team has grown as the company continues to expand and build more homes. The Newark construction team consists of Field Managers Ben Ringenberg, Adam Swallie, Tom Strejcek, Jason Sherburne, Production Assistant Terri Clark, and Construction Manager Tina Drumm.
As the Construction Manager, Drumm will maintain relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners, as well as recruit, hire and train production staff. She will also lead the production team responsible for building homes throughout the large building area, which includes the East side of Columbus and neighboring counties.
Drumm began her career with Wayne Homes in 2003 as field manager for the Newark and Delaware offices.
“Tina has been an excellent field manager for our Newark and Delaware offices and was a tremendous asset while opening the Belmont office in 2013,” Regional Vice President of Construction Jeanie Thomas said. “There is no doubt Tina will do an excellent job to lead her team to create outstanding experiences for our Newark customers.”
Drumm is not only an employee of Wayne Homes but also a customer, building her own custom home before joining the Wayne Homes team in 2003. She is looking forward to sharing her field management experience and skills with the Newark team.
