Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Hilary Barbuto as a Regional Director of Sales.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in custom on-your-lot homes, has announced the promotion of Hilary Barbuto to Regional Director of Sales and will lead the sales teams at the Belmont, Bowling Green, Newark, Hartland, and Sandusky locations.
Barbuto began her career with Wayne Homes in 2003 as a New Home Consultant. In 2005, she took on responsibilities as a Lot Specialist and in 2007 transitioned to the role as a Design Consultant.
In 2014, Barbuto was promoted to Sales Manager for the company’s Delaware Model Center. Barbuto led the Delaware team to achieving record sales and she continued her role in sales leadership with the company’s Newark location in 2016.
“Hilary has played an instrumental role in training for our sales team, conducting quarterly sales classes, and completing individual training on our sales process with all new hires,” Senior Vice President of Sales Jen Collinsworth said. “Her knowledge of our company, culture, systems, and procedures, and sales will be an asset to the teams that she will lead in her new role.”
Barbuto is excited to use her experience to lead the teams to achieve their goals and learning from the other offices.

Barbuto is a graduate of Norwalk St. Paul High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Tiffin University. She currently resides in Newark, Ohio with her husband, Chris, and their children, Talia and Dominic.
