Wayne Homes has announced Emily Hayden as the Sales Manager at the Delaware Model Center and Brad Mowery as Sales Manager at the Ashland Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom homebuilder, has announced the promotions of Emily Hayden as the Sales Manager at the Delaware Model Center in Sunbury, Ohio and Brad Mowery as Sales Manager at the Ashland Model Center in Jeromesville, OH.
Hayden began her career with Wayne Homes in 2016 as an intern in the marketing department. Upon graduating from The Ohio State University in 2018, Hayden began her full-time career with Wayne Homes as the design consultant at the Sunbury, Ohio location.
“Her drive and dedication to ‘getting better every day’ makes her a natural leader for our Delaware team,” Erin Collins, Regional Director of Sales, said. “Emily is passionate about the team and our customers, making this new role a perfect fit. She is often caught being at home sites with our Field Managers to see our hard work in person. Our customers truly enjoy working with her.”
Hayden graduated from Hoover High School in North Canton, Ohio and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. She is excited to lead the Delaware team and use her skills and previous experience in her new management role.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to work with my amazing teammates and helping our customers create and build their dream homes,” Hayden said.
Mowery began his career with Wayne Homes in 2016 as a drafter in the CAD department at the home office. In his role as a drafter, he helped support training new team members and assisting in complex custom designs.
“Brad’s previous CAD experience and his ability to connect with people made him a great fit for the position,” Collins said. “Brad is committed to our Core Values and helping his team get better every day.”
Mowery is looking forward to his new career with the sales team.
“I am most excited about the opportunity to coach and mentor my team to help them grow in their careers – I love to train and teach people everything I can,” Mowery said. “I am also looking forward to the opportunity to have direct contact with our customers and helping them to achieve their goal of us building their forever home.”
Prior to joining Wayne Homes, Mowery was an Honor Guard Trainer and Coordinator for the United States Air Force from 2008-2012. In 2016, he graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Technical & Applied Business Studies degree. He currently resides in Massillon, Ohio with his wife Janelle.
