Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Jon Smith to Construction Manager at the Delaware Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot building, announced the promotion of Jon Smith to Construction Manager at the Delaware Model Center in Sunbury, Ohio.
In his new role as Construction Manager, Smith will maintain relationships with homeowners and trade partners, as well as recruit, hire and train a production team. He will also lead the production team responsible for building homes throughout the large building area, which includes the Central Ohio region.
Smith began his career with Wayne Homes in 2016 as a Field Manager for the Delaware office and has consistently ranked highly for Field Managers in customer satisfaction.
“Over the years, Jon honed his skills and proved to be an invaluable teammate to the Delaware team and is someone I’ve come to count on when needed,” Regional Director of Construction, Matt Manack, said. “He is always willing to step up and take on the challenge. We look forward to what Jon is going to be able to accomplish in his new role.”
Smith is looking forward to being even more involved in all aspects of construction in his new role, as well as the preconstruction and sales processes.
Smith is a graduate of Narragansett High School in Templeton, MA and currently resides in Marengo, OH with his wife, Angelina and their two children.
