Wayne Homes Promotes Matt Manack as Regional Director of Construction

Wayne Homes has announced the promotion of Matt Manack to Regional Director of Construction.

Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, announced the promotion of Matt Manack to Regional Director of Construction effective Monday, April 8.

In his new role as Regional Director of Construction, Manack will be responsible for working with the construction managers to set directions and goals, as well as guiding managers through the use of coaching and feedback tools with their teams.

Manack began working at Wayne Homes in 2008 as a Field Manager for the Ashland office and consistently ranked in the top echelon for Field Managers in customer satisfaction. In 2017, he was promoted to Construction Manager, overseeing the Delaware and Newark offices, and was responsible for maintaining relationships with homeowners, co-workers and trade partners, as well as, leading a team responsible for building scattered site homes throughout the Central Ohio area.

“Matt has been with the company for over ten years and has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to share with our construction teams,” Senior Vice President of Construction, Steve Wessel, said.

As one of the two Regional Directors of Construction, Manack will lead the construction teams at the Bowling Green and Ashland, Ohio and Hartland, Michigan locations.

Before Manack joined the Wayne Homes team, he was a Store Manager and Sales Manager for Lowe’s. Manack is looking forward to sharing his management experience and skills with the construction teams he will lead.

Manack currently resides in Canton, OH with his wife, Jamie.
