How It Works

If you’ve built a custom home with us or know someone who has, we want you to share all the great things you know or have heard about Wayne Homes with friends and family in the market for a new house. Our Refer a Friend Program has been put in place for people like you. If they end up choosing to partner with Wayne Homes, and sign a non-contingent purchase agreement with us, we’ll say thank you—with a $500 check. That goes for each new customer you send our way. In order to be eligible, make sure your friends or family mention you by name during their first meeting with our team at the Model Home Center.
