Tom and Carol Kobylanski from Burbank, Ohio, built their Charleston Family home with the Wayne Homes Ashland office in 2018. They are sharing their experience with us to help others understand why they decided to choose Wayne.

Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We really liked the way the process was set up and how Stacie [Stitzlein], our New Home Consultant, treated us at our initial visit. The prices brought us in, but customer service kept us!

Which Wayne Homes floor plan did you choose?

We chose the Charleston floor plan with the Family elevation.

What’s your favorite custom feature?

We have SO many it’s hard to choose. Based on our guests’ feedback, the favorite custom feature in our home is our sunroom.

How do you and your family spend time in and around your home?

I have enjoyed many cozy times by the fireplace in the living room. My husband loves the loft as ” his space.”

What was the best part of your Wayne homebuilding experience?

Doug was a fantastic Project Manager and was on top of everything, so we never had to worry. Stopping by to see the daily progress was exciting! We expected top quality based on the models we toured, and that’s what we received.

What would you tell your friends about Wayne Homes?

We have told many already. We love our house and everything about it.

How many kids in your family and what are their ages?

We have one grown child.

Do you have pets, and if so, what are their names?

We have lots of pets – all rescues from our last farm.
