The experts at Wayne Homes looked back to see what the favorites were in 2023 and that, combined with our knowledge of the market and trends, we have selected the Top Floor Plans for 2024. There are some of Wayne Homes’ tried-and-true classics in this list, but every year we add more floor plans that solve a need for homeowners or offer more in-demand features.

Camden II

The Camden II is a popular ranch-style home that gives you so much in a more modest footprint.
